Q: What are reasons I can return a lead if I don't like it?
A: Disconnect, Wrong #, Already refinanced, doesn't speak English, did not fill
out
quote form, incorrect credit rating, can not reach within 72 hours, lead is old
and not fresh as marked.

A: No there is really no such thing as an exclusive mortgage lead.

A: The min amount to start an account is $300.00 which is 25 leads.

Q: DO you offer free test leads?
A: No we do not give our inventory away. We have set our min low at 25 leads

is a fair test amount of leads.

Q: DO you offer refunds after I deposit funds in to the account?
A: No. All funds deposited in to your account is for lead credits only
and has no cash value. We do and will replace any bogus leads you find.

Q: What is your close ratio on your leads?
A: We honestly don't know an exact figure, some lead companies say 10% or higher
we think that is pushing it. We think that a 5% close ratio on average is fair
for
internet generated leads.

company to get more inventory - however it is rare.

A: We accept checks by fax, credit cards online from approved buyers, and bank
